Bedryf die rybaan suksesvol en winsgewend.
Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- 3-5 jaar soortgelyke ervaring;
- Bestuurslisensie sal aanbeveel word.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Gesag kan handhaaf/ondergeskiktes beheer;
- Probleemoplossing;
- Goeie menseverhoudinge;
- Tegniese vaardigheid;
- Syfervaardigheid.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Byhou van administrasie;
- Beheer skofafsluiting;
- Toepassing van korrekte voorraadbeheer;
- Hou toesig oor ondergeskiktes;
- Verseker goeie huishouding;
- Hantering van spitstye.
Main purpose of the position:
Operate the forercourt successfully and profitably.
Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- 3-5 years of similar experience;
- Driving license will be recommended.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Can maintain authority / supervise subordinates;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Technical skills;
- Problem solving skills;
- Numerical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining administration;
- Control shift closure;
- Applying proper inventory control;
- Supervise subordinates;
- Ensure good housekeeping;
- Handling of peak times.
