Kern doel van die pos:

Professionele en effektiewe eerste ontvangs van kliënte (intern & ekstern).

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12;
  • Toepaslike ondervinding binne ontvangsarea sal as aanbeveling dien.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Moet oor `n spontane persoonlikheid beskik;
  • Moet ge-organiseerd en gedisiplineerd wees, soek bewyse daarvan;
  • Moet administratief opgeleid wees om Microsoft te kan werk;
  • Minimum vlot wees in Afrikaans en engels, ander taal groot bonus;
  • Baie goeie telefoon intiket;
  • Moet bereid wees om extra take te verrig wat nie noodwendig in pos beskrywing staan nie;
  • Sterk administratiewe vermoëns;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (Word & Excell);

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Effektiewe ontvangs, verwysing en hantering van navrae;
  • Effektiewe hantering van oproepe;
  • Hantering van pos;
  • Hantering van algemene administrasie;
  • Verseker netheid van ontvangs;
  • Hanteer en verseker toegangsbeheer.

Main purpose of the position:

Professional and effective first customer receipt (internal & external)

Minimum Requirements:            

  • Grade 12;
  • Appropriate experience in reception area will serve as recommendation.

Skills:

  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Strong administrative abilities;
  • Must have a spontaneous personality;
  • Must be organized and disciplined, look for evidence of that;
  • Must be administratively trained to work Microsoft;
  • Minimum fluency in Afrikaans and English, other languages ​​a big bonus;
