Main purpose of the position:
The provision of talent for OVK.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in the human resources field
- 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage
- Valid driver’s license
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships
- Good organisational skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Influencing skills
- Creative thinker
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective recruitment and selection process
- Promote OVK as the employer of choice
- Ensure a pipeline of internal and external talent

- Toepaslike B- graad in Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur of ekwivalent
- 5 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in menslike hulpbronne
- 2 jaar ondervinding in werwing en keuring in die landbou sektor sal tot voordeel strek
- Geldige rybewys
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office)
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede
- Goeie organisasie vaardighede
- Probleemoplossingsvaardighede

Verantwoordelikhede:
- Verseker effektiewe werwings en keurings proses
