Kern doel van die pos:

‘n Twee jaar gegradueerde program (24 maande) waar die suksesvolle kandidaat praktiese blootstelling sal kry in die motorhandelaarsbedryf en die verskillede afdelings wat daarmee verband hou.

Minimum Vereistes:

•    ‘n Toepaslike graad in finansies, bemarking of besigheidsbestuur;
•    Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

•    Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
•    Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
•    Syfervaardigheid;
•    Goeie organisasie vermoë;
•    Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
•    Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
•    Die vermoë om goeie interpersoonlike verhoudinge te kan handhaaf;

OVK Motor dealership in Ladybrand is looking for a dynamic and ambitious graduate candidate with an avid interest in the car industry to join the OVK agriculture family.

Main purpose of the position:

A two-year graduate program (24 months) where the successful candidate will gain practical exposure to the car dealership industry and the various departments related to it.

Minimum Requirements:

•    A relevant degree in finance, marketing, or business management;
•    Valid driver's license.

Skills:

•    Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
•    Computer literate (MS Office);
•    Good numerical ability;
•    Good organisational skills;
•    Must be able to thrive under pressure;
•    Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
•    The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships.
