Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• Moet ‘n gekwalifiseerde Mielie Meulenaar wees;
• Voltooide beroking en graangradering sertifikate sal voordelig wees;
• 5 jaar toepaslike ondervinding as gekwalifiseerde meulenaar in die mielievermalings- en verpakkingsindustrie;
• Bewese ondervinding in die toesighouding van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid (HACCP);
• Kennis van Safex verhandeling sal tot voordeel strek;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
• Noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel;
• Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
• Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoё;

Main purpose of the position:

Effective management of Tweespruit Mills in order to ensure sustainable profitability and growth.

Minimum Requirements:             

• Grade 12;
• Applicant must be a qualified Maize Miller;
• Fumigation and grain grading certificates an advantage;
• 5 years’ experience as a qualified Miller in the maize milling and packaging industry;
• Proven track record in the supervision of quality and food safety (HACCP);
• Knowledge of Safex trading will be beneficial;
• Knowledge of grain handling, grading of maize and production of maize meal is essential;
• Valid drivers license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Good interpersonal and conflict management skills;
• Accurate and meticulous attention to detail;
• Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure;
• Good organisation and prioritising abilities.
