Main purpose of the position: 

The effective management of the two Silos to ensure optimal profitability. 

Minimum Requirements:              

• Grade 12


• 4 years Grain/Silo experience


• Fumigation certificate


• Grain grading certificates completed


• Previous experience in the supervision and/or management of staff 

Skills: 

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;


• Excellent interpersonal skills;


• Computer literate;


• Strong administrative skills and organisation ability


• Experience in the management of budgets and costs


• Strong leadership skills


• Sound knowledge of the market and business environment


• Business insight 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Silo to budget


• Management of staff


• Management of customer service


• Ensure sound financial practices within the department


• Manage Silo administrative functions

• Goeie kennis van die mark en besigheidsomgewing

Verantwoordelike: 

• Bestuur silo teenoor begroting


• Bestuur van personeel


• Bestuur van kliëntediens


• Verseker gesonde finansiële bestuur en praktyke binne die afdeling


• Bestuur silo administratiewe funksies
