Minimum Vereistes:

• Graad 12;
• 1 – 2 jaar administratiewe ondervinding;
• Geldige rybewys.

Vaardighede:

• Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
• Syfervaardig;
• Goeie organisasie vermoë;
• Vermoë om personeel positief te beinvloed en te dissiplineer volgens die Arbeidsverhouding wet;
• Moet initiatief kan neem;
• Sterk leiereienskappe;
• Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
• Ad-hoc pligte.

• Byhou en kommunikasie van alle administratiewe werk met kliente.

Main purpose of the position:

Effective handling of all administrative tasks and keeping up of all communication with clients and head office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12;
• 1-2 years administrative experience;
• Valid drivers license.

Skills:

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
• Good numerical ability;
• Good organisational skills;
• Ability to positively influence staff and take disciplinary action in accordance with the Labour Relations Act.
• Must be able to take initiative;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Computer literate (MS Office);
• Ad-hoc duties.
